The Position
We are looking for a highly motivated person o carry out a range of duties under supervision. To ensure high quality care is delivered to residents.
Responsibilities
Promote a person-centred approach to delivering programmes of care.
To maintain accurate records as per company policy.
To communicate effectively with residents, colleagues and visitors.
To assist residents with activities of daily living such as washing, dressing, eating and mobility.
To safeguard residents, act as an advocate in their care and always act in their best interests at all times.
To promote the home in a positive manner.
Work effectively as a member of the team.
Experience
No experience necessary, but a mature outlook is required
Skills & Qualifications
Must have excellent verbal communication and good listening skills
Must be able to demonstrate discretion and an ability to maintain confidentiality
